Patriot K-9 Services was formed to provide governments, military, law enforcement, and private entities with highly reliable dog teams for the detection of explosives and guard duty.

The companies founder and President, Steve Gorman, has been a professional trainer for over a decade. His training expertise lie not only in the training of explosive detection, drug detection and patrol dogs, but his credits also include the training of AKC field champion German Shorthaired Pointers.  Steve trained the #5 ranked German Shorthaired Pointer in the nation and other AKC field champions. Becoming involved with the training of drug, arson, and explosive detection dogs led to the formation of Patriot K-9 Services in 2000.

Patriot K-9 Services has extensive experience providing explosive detection and patrol dog teams in active combat zones and high risk environments. Our experience comes from working with the United States military, as a subcontractor to the State Department, private security firms, and state correctional institutions.

Patriot K-9 Services has the financial stability to reliably handle large scale operations but we’re small enough to be mobile and responsive to the needs of those we serve.
